Consultations and Payment
Initial consultations last 90 minutes and include thorough health history,
physical exam and treatment plan. Laboratory tests, if necessary, may be
done at this time or at a future visit.
Follow-up visits last 30-60 minutes.
I do no insurance billing. Should you choose to bill your insurance company,
I provide a statement with necessary billing codes.
