Consultations and Payment

Initial consultations last 90 minutes and include thorough health history, physical exam and treatment plan. Laboratory tests, if necessary, may be done at this time or at a future visit. 

Follow-up visits last 30-60 minutes.

I do no insurance billing. Should you choose to bill your insurance company, I provide a statement with necessary billing codes.

Current consultation fees: 

Initial visit $180

Follow-up $60-120

Hydrotherapy Rates

Each treatment $50.00

Package of  3 $135.00 ($36 per treatment, 10% discount)
Package of  5 $210.00 ($34 per treatment, 15% discount)
Package of 10 $400.00 ($32 per treatment, 20% discount)

Laboratory tests and Pharmacy items additional.

Payment may be made with cash, check or credit card.

*10% discount off my consultation fee if you walk or ride your bike to your appointment!
